Utica, NY - MVRCR is proud to announce the expansion of its Traffic Safety education program. Thanks to funding from the NYS Governor’s Multicultural Traffic Safety Initiative and the National Highway Safety Administration our program to provide training for newly arrived refugees and immigrants with limited English skills will grow during 2014-2015 fiscal year.
