Immigration & Citizenship Services provides advocacy, counseling, information, Processing & referrals regarding citizenship & immigration issues. These services are available to all members of our community, including refugees, immigrants & citizens. MVRCR is recognized by the Board of Immigration Appeals (B.I.A.) as a non-profit agency pursuant to 8 C.F.R. 292.2 as amended. Some services may incur a nominal fee in addition to USCIS petition fees.
