MVRCR Interpretation and Translation Services (I & T Services) facilitate understanding and language communication by providing experienced, trained, objective and confidential interpreters.

For more than 20 years we have offered interpretation services, covering an average of 500 appointments per month in 8 different languages:

TRAINED interpreters available

MVRCR is licensed by the Cross Cultural Healthcare program to train our interpreters utilizing a 40-hour basic/intermediate training course, called Bridging the Gap. A basic Training for Medical Interpreters.

We offer training to our interpreters in the following areas:

  • Overview of the health care system in the United States
  • Culture and its impact on Interpreting
  • Communication Skills and Advocacy

There are a variety of ways to schedule an interpreter for on-site interpretation.

  • By phone: Call (315)749-7080. We will arrange the service to meet your needs.

  • By email: Email  languagelink@mvrcr.org with your request. Make sure to include the day, time and language needed. We will call you to confirm availability. Service available…
  • 24 hours a day 7 days a week

    Fee schedule
  • We can custom make a service agreement that will meet your needs. Call (315) 738-1083 x122 for your custom made service agreement.
